Bailey has been practicing yoga from a very early age. Since her mother and sister are both yoga teachers as well, it was a huge part of her upbringing. Her years of mentored practice gave her a solid foundation to draw on during her 200-hour teacher training. She is dedicated to continuing her education and deepening her practice daily.
Through yoga, she has found a love for all things health, wellness, and fitness. She believes that the practice of yoga facilitates a deeper connection with our bodies, minds, and spirits and through this, we are able to more fully engage with the world around us and contribute to it in a positive way.
