We offer several types of sessions tailored to what your body needs to gain strength, focusing on a particular issue, a particular activity, or general fitness. There are no cookie cutter workouts in our studio. Each session will keep your mind and body guessing.
Private Sessions are dedicated and tailored to one single client. The physical difficulty of the session can range from post physical therapy to hardcore, sweating, athletic workouts. It's up to you!
Semi-Private Sessions are tailored to you and a partner. You can bring in your own partner or be matched with someone with similar needs. The session will match what both of you need - great for people who want to work with others!
Small Group Sessions are group based. You can work in groups of 3 - 5 people made up of your family, friends, or people matched by us. The session will be as gentle or as difficult as all of you want it to be!
