Working from home in a less than optimal work-space with the kitchen and laundry only a few steps away isn't ideal, right? We're hearing from you that you're feeling tighter and stiffer than ever before. And moving less than before.

The good news is it only takes a little bit of movement to get the ball rolling again. You don't have to commit to 5 days a week to create a change in your body. And it doesn't have to hurt to get moving again! Once a week with thoughtful movement in between will do wonders to loosen you back up.

We've got your back (and hips, shoulders, and spine) when it comes to getting you moving again.

We have a comfortable waiting area, normal looking people and teachers (you know what we mean), fun signs, and even a studio dog sometimes! We want you to feel at home as soon as you enter.
