Our Studio

Welcome to Core Reaction Pilates — Where Strength Meets Strategy.

At Core Reaction Pilates, we don’t do one-size-fits-all. We specialize in private and semi-private sessions that are laser-focused on you—your goals, your body, your pace. Whether you're looking to rebuild after an injury, level up your performance, or finally feel strong in your own skin, we’ve got the tools (and the know-how) to get you there.

From slow, restorative flows to sessions that leave your muscles shaking—we meet you where you are, then push just past it.

Pilates is more than movement. It's a method. A system built to train your core, condition your body, and reconnect your brain to every muscle fiber. Founded by Joseph Pilates, this approach blends six powerful principles—breath, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow—to help you move better, feel stronger, and live more freely.

We use a mix of mat work and equipment-based training (like the reformer) to build strength, mobility, and resilience—without punishing your body in the process.

If you can get to the studio, we can work with you.
We train everyone—from people managing chronic pain to hardcore endurance athletes. No judgment. Just intelligent programming, decades of experience, and a commitment to getting you stronger from the inside out.

Led by Tina Hicks, Core Reaction Pilates brings over 18 years of experience in Pilates, breathwork, and complementary movement modalities. Tina is a graduate of the Balanced Body Passing the Torch Mentor Program—a 15-month intensive working with second-generation Pilates teachers (those directly taught by Joseph Pilates’ original students).

Her teaching style is intuitive, adaptive, and rooted in real-world needs—not rigid scripts or outdated rules. While her foundation is classical, her approach has evolved to embrace one core truth: good movement is good movement, no matter where it comes from. Every session is tailored, responsive, and designed to meet the body in front of her—right where it is.
